Bel Red installed a couple of heat pumps for us in June). One of the pumps wasn t kicking on when the temperature dropped below freezing, so I called the main office. Cody came out the same day- SAME MORNING and did some diagnostics. We ll give it a day or two to determine if it s all resolved, but the fact that they were able to come take a look so quickly and stand by their work (no charge for diagnostics), was SO greatly appreciated.
