My husband and I had an outstanding experience at Metro Lexus. It began with Terry, our salesperson who is the utmost professional. She provided all the information we requested and went the extra mile to ensure all our questions were answered. She has a warm and caring personality, too. The process was only 10 days to delivery- exceptional! At delivery, we met with Denae, the Finance Director and she too was exceptional in her area of expertise; thorough and well prepared. Finally, Skylar, the Technology Specialist appeared, like a genie and she truly was. Her role is to instruct and clarify all technology questions of which there were many. There is so much technology in cars today that it can be overwhelming. Skylar was patient, kind and so knowledgeable. Finally, we drove off in a beautiful RX350, SUV. It was a great experience and a very special day. Kudos to Metro Lexus management for selecting such exceptional talent to represent them. Thanks so much.
