This hotel is always clean. It's located within walking distance of Dundas Square, shopping and many excellent restaurants. There is a large dining hall on the main floor and parking underground for nothing bigger than a smaller SUV. I checked in around 4pm, there was a pretty sizable line up at the reception counter. The wait time was no more than ten minutes, the staff were very effective at checking guests in.
