9:48, Sunday evening. There is this droning noise...

9:48, Sunday evening. There is this droning noise coming from the hospital parking garage. It's been going on for what seems like hours and makes me feel like I've got a metal plate in my head. I called the non-emergency police number and was told that they're 'pressure washing' the garage. This garage was not supposed to have an effect on the surrounding area. I'm sorry, but if they want to make this kind of noise in my neighborhood, maybe they could pop for us all to get whole-house air conditioning and pay the bills for it too. At least 10 of my neighbors and I have been here for 20+ years longer than this "necessary" garage.
Pfffft. Making me cranky.
Okay. Here we go again at 10:17 on Sunday night. I should not have to close my windows and crank up the sounds to block out this noise. NOT OKAY PVHS!
