Picked up my daughter for a 10 p.m. flight. Was chased out of the loading zone while waiting for her to arrive at curbside. I inquired about a cell phone waiting lot and was told it was near the entrance of the airport. I never saw any signs for it on the way in, and the security told me it was a dinky, tiny sign and that everyone misses it. I went back out to the lot, which was just a small gravel pulloff with a sign marked "......Memorial parking." Never did it identify the lot as a cell phone/waiting parking lot. It was very dark as it had no overhead lighting or identifying lights whatsoever. Quite honestly, it was spooky and I felt very uncomfortable parking that far out. I kept my doors locked for sure. Probably fine during the day, but at night it was very easy to miss and I didn't feel safe. No other complaints about the airport.
