I purchased an android 7.1 radio from these guys for my 2015 Ford explorer, and I couldn't have been more overjoyed. Ditching the old bulky, knob ridden and button laced radio for this touch screen masterpiece was one of my favorite upgrades to my car. I had a few issues with my climate controls, but Chris helped me over the phone to sort them out. Still to this day I'm convinced the man is a living god for all the troubleshooting he helped me with. For all the customization and ease of access this radio gives, it's worth the money. For anyone having issues, my biggest advice is to consult them FIRST before buying. Figure out what type of radio your car requires, and have it professionally installed if you don't know what you're doing. Like any company, especially ones dealing with technology and devices, they're constantly helping people, so please have some patience with them if you do end up having a problem.
