I went in for 3 recalls to my 3 series. The job estimated around 5/6 hours of work. Paul was friendly, professional and real. On top of that he was timely with his updates and provided Ubers to my required locations while the work was taking place. There was no charge, a complete courtesy inspection was completed, and I got my car back sparkling clean inside and out. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
