I chose this yoga studio because it is around the corner from Play, Work or Dash. I have a young daughter, a husband that travels a lot for work and am working on a routine that includes more self-care. So this combination is amazing! (A place to drop my daughter so she can play, socialize w kiddos her age and do crafts while I pop around the corner and get some time for myself to reset, move my body and recenter my energy)

The studio also has late morning and lunch time classes every day during the week which was really important to me. I ve been slowly trying different classes and have been enjoying trying out all the different styles that are offered. I ve really enjoyed the teachers as well. They just moved to a new studio that is gorgeous too! It feels more spacious and has beautiful light w all the windows and feels very serene! Thanks you!
