I went in with the intentions on purchasing a used vehicle and ended up leaving with a 2019 and was so shocked that my salesperson (AK) provided me with so much knowledge as to why it was better to get a new vs an old. AK, his manager (don't remember his name), Gill, and Rodney were the perfect display of amazing customer service. They all made my process very pleasing and easy going and to top it all off I was NOT there all day, 4 hours top. I would recommend anyone to purchase from Fredy Kia.
