The location is hotel is very near to Time square ...

The location is hotel is very near to Time square but my reason of giving poor rating is
1. Not all floors and rooms are renovated
2. I was given rooms on 5th floor which were poorly managed
3. Rooms were having foul smell, doors were making lot of noise
