Terrible service.

Terrible service.

It is the first time that I have received such a bad service from PCEL, before buying my new PC I asked them: If I order the components without using your Arm your PC option, could you send me the assembled components the same? They answered yes, as long as what they bought constituted 80% of what a CPU is and would not have an additional charge.
I place the order, pay them in advance and 3 days later I receive notification that they confirmed my payment.
More than a week passes and I do not receive any update, I contact them by chat and they tell me that the order is in packaging and that the tracking number will be generated soon.
One more week passes and still no update, I send them an email asking for the status of the order.
Another week goes by and they didn't answer my email.
I contact them again by chat and they tell me that the tracking number was generated in the next 24 - 48 hours.
Fortunately, it was, but upon receiving the email I notice that 2 different tracking numbers are coming.
My order arrives and when I see the 2 boxes that they sent, what I suspected is confirmed, the components were not assembled as I had asked and put them in the comments of my order.
Even if they had charged me a fee to assemble the components I would have been fine with it, but they didn't even pay attention to the order notes.
