I referred a real estate client in January because...

I referred a real estate client in January because his only option was to submit with them. All paperwork was submitted within 5 days. To this day, five months later, there has been ZERO communications from them to my client. There has been ZERO communications with me and my inquiries (exception was one email from Sonja in compliance at inception). No return calls no live person. Hiding behind the archaic phone system is beyond belief.
