Went to this location after my check engine light ...

Went to this location after my check engine light came on, it was later diagnosed my Tiguan needed a new turbo. As the part was going to take a few days and a few thousand dollars I was taking my car back later that day as my car was still drivable. Shayne from service called me to tell me my car was ready for pick up and washed and ready at the front. I had to look for about 10 min to locate my still dirty car. , I looked past that and just thought when my car goes in for the part I ll make sure after they clean it. I had to pre pay for the part but called later that day to hold off on ordering it but still had my deposit for this part down so when I called they could simply order it, they said no problem. The next day I noticed all the wires still hanging down from my car and was worried but as it was in the service department I didn t think much of it and tucked them back up. Later on in the day Shayne called me and said they had forgot to put back the belly pan and another part! Instead of admitting it they made a HUGE mistake they took complete advatange of a girl who probably doesn t know much about cars to lie and say that they planned to put it on after the part was in, Keep in mind they called me that I could pick it up for a few days.... loose wires hanging down, I may be a girl but I m not a idiot. I asked to speak to a manager, Holly, in regards to this and she was in a store audit and couldn t help me at this time so called me the next day and told me she would ask what the miscommunication was and get back to me later that day. Never heard back from her, left 2 voice mails and am yet to hear anything. I wanted to get my deposit that I had to pre pay for this part and they said that they had to wait for the part to come in? I am unsure why I would have to wait for my money back when I told them not to order it I assume this was another miscommunication ? STRONGLY would not recommend doing any service through this location. And maybe it s time for a new service manager as Holly doesn t care about customer satisfaction. (Her job)
