Nice cabinets, terrible communication. Our original "designer" chose cabinets for our kitchen with no regard for preservation of storage space - we actually lost so much storage we have to keep some of our dishes in the basement now. He didn't mention that he was downsizing our cabinets, and we didn't realize it until everything was installed! That "designer" left halfway through our project, and we were assigned another one who routinely took over a week to respond to messages.
