If I could give no stars, I would for Customer services as they are unhelpful most of the time and make assumptions about your situation with often no resolution. There are a couple who are helpful. The cleaning and 'gardening' is very poor. Repairs that are easy are done straight away, but if complicated/costly, they seem to get reported as resolved with no work!
I would like to do gardening but told can't have a shed (which I would pay for and maintain via contract). There is space and it would be in no-ones view. I offered for it to be a communal shed to encourage gardening and reduce social isolation, but no, doing good in community is dismissed. But it's okay for sky dishes, dog fouling, messy garden, gates that don't work, blocked drains ect. The company needs new leadership and a change of culture.
