I would like to take a few moments and share my opinion on my sales rep, Jim Gillentine. My wife and I have dealt with him on several occasions and found his knowledge and helpfulness to be outstanding. He has made our transactions on the purchase/lease of the 3 Lexus vehicles we have obtained over the past 8 years more simple than any other vehicle I have ever purchase. Our last transaction at the end of December so easy I almost don't remember anything but a few moments visiting with a friend. I saw Jim a couple weeks before Christmas and told him what vehicle we wanted (a 2020 NX, for my wife) and what I wanted to pay. We left the dealership and received a call about 2 hours later. He told me that he had the vehicle we talked about, if I wanted to come back. We were leaving for Christmas and told him it would have to be after we returned. When we came back, we sat down with him and visited a few minutes, moved to finance and signed the paperwork. If I hadn't talked so much we probably when have been in and out in 30 minutes or so. We would whole hardheartedly recommend Jim to anyone looking for a new vehicle and hope that when I go back for my next vehicle he will still be there. Not just for the deal, but to see a FRIEND.
