First i'll start with the staff: Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They always go the extra mile to make your stay the best it possibly can.

Room: The queen size beds are so comfortable! I woke up feeling refreshed even after a long night of working. The room was spotless and the bathtub was HUGE!

Next time i'm in the south loop area i wont ever think about staying anywhere else but CSL Hotel.
