Well let me start by saying that this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I was stressed out and didn't want to even think of starting this process, I just knew I wasn't in the position to put anymore money into my hummer.I had originally shown some interest on Don Wheaton's used website on an Enclave and the next day Shawn MacDougall called me to chat about it. I had then said I was coming down to take a peak. I showed up immediately he has the keys and we were on the road test driving it. This SUV had all the bells and whistles on my wish list except for a sunroof, which was quite fine for some of the other ones he compared had had this feature except cloth interior and higher KM which I was not settling for. With out even my husband with me, Shawn had given me all the information and knowledge I had required to put my thoughts at ease I put a deposit on my 2013 Buick Enclave AWD. Within 48 hours of my inquiry-testdrive-financing and trading in my hummer I was en route in my new Ride. He even programmed my Bluetooth for me and ordered me floor mats at his cost and is dropping them off at home for me. Who does that :)What a delightful and enjoyable through and through experience. The manager(Troy) as well as the Finance team(Jason & Tim) were also very due diligent in ensuring that things went smoothly and that I was approved. A positive friendly no hassle atmosphere, for it was me doing the hassling to ensure I got the best deal and vehicle as well as Trade in Value with my budget. Even the receptionist(Dark hair and beautiful,great smile, I think her name was Melissa don't quote me LOL) I might add was so pleasant an friendly and we had a nice conversation about what she drove and what I was buying and a warm front of the line view of the customer service here!!! I would hands down recommend The team At Don Wheaton to any of my family or friends even if they are just starting out for they would soon know that most do not compare to this Dealership sales team and staff.
