I brought a car there... they didn't do oil change...

I brought a car there... they didn't do oil changed, filters are dirty, tires thread are low .. and They promised they would do all the services when i called them to let them know they did not do service the car they said THE CAR PASSED the "mass Inspection" BAD TECHNICIAN ??.. im a MECHANICAL TECH. I wonder what they do other peeps !!
