Poor service

Poor service
I contacted this company y as I have a bee infestation.
The person I spoke to booked it in for the following morning.
I had to give my full payment details over the phone
She gave me a job number and assured me the job would be done as requested and they would be attending between 8am and midday. She even followed it up by email.
I waited in all morning and rearranged my plans.
At 10.55 am I got a phone call cancelling the job, as they were "very busy"
Wasn't what she told me yesterday!!!!
All she could offer was sometime next week. Thats at least a week to wait probably longer today is its Tuesday now, and next Monday is a bank holiday

Not impressed by such shoddy service and will NOT be using this company again.
