Worst service in SA, and that says a lot. I am busy preparing a case with my legal team. Buying a R2.3m car means nothing to them.

Countless hours, negligence and safety issues. Rather buy any other car, but never a BMW again.

And if you must buy a BMW, do not go to Sandton, but the absolute worst is JSN. A month of pain to get a key to a new car. They sell an i8 but have no clue how to replace a simple key, cause damage to a brand new car, lie, and still no resolution.

A press release will be issued soon, so hopefully every South African is aware of what they do to customers.
