Furnace experienced two failures within three (3) months of living at residence. Called Genz-Ryan both times and was treated courteously on the phone while scheduling an appointment. Both visits were scheduled the day of my call so that was another plus.

Jeff P was the Genz-Ryan HVAC technician that visited my home on both occurrences. He was courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable about the equipment he was repairing. He was more than happy to take on my barrage of questions so I could more clearly understand the root issue and how he fixed it. I would definitely recommend Genz-Ryan, and in particular Jeff P, when looking for a furnace. The service experience after purchase has been fabulous.
