Hope I can give rating in negative. This rating is completely for the employee prospective not from business prospective. I had worked in this company. If you want to be slave go to this company. As a fresher they will make you submit your original certificates and there is no way you get it back before they want. If you want to get it back pay in lakhs or serve this company for years as a slave and getting peanut in your pocket. No HR rules and policy here for employees. If you put resignation no mail you get from HR. You will run behind them and you will not get any answer. god knows why government is not taking nay action to this company. All illegal activities are happening here regarding employment.

1. You have to submit your original certificates (illegal)
2. If you resign they will not accept till they want to accept (illegal)
3. They will not release you if you beg also till they wants (illegal)
4. They will take money in the name of bond to release you and to give your certificate back if you have not served the notice period(illegal)

If you want to save you career and life be it fresher or experienced. Don't join this company otherwise you will be their slaves for years or you have to abscond.
