Our safe was broken they came in to fix it and it was not fixed. Actually the whole front exploded off and batteries went flying. Told still not fixed nobody came back. The two lights above the little kitchen bar were not working had to call they put new light bulbs in.
This should be fixed before customers go into room. On top of bed head board covered with thick dust. I guess never vacumed
