ZERO STARS! this company needs to be shut down asap absolutely useless and blames the receiver for their own incompetence. parcel from UK to ireland and its been two weeks waiting. the tracking the retailer received is stating my package has been delivered since last week and wndirect is refusing to give me a contact number for the depot that is holding the package because of a number of failed attempts at delivering so i cant even go and collect my parcel myself.. the CEO of this company should be ashamed and embarrassed at this attempt at running a business.. ye are a joke
