ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service. BEWARE!!! I came to Dennis Parasail while on vacation in Cape Cod with my boyfriend. It was our first time parasailing so instead of bringing our cellphones, we opted for purchasing the photo package that they offer - 25 high quality photos for $30. Not a bad deal, right? Or so we thought. Upon arriving on the boat, we come to find out that there was no working battery for the camera (AKA they forgot to charge the battery the night before!). As an alternative, the captain & his 2 female assistants offered to snap a few pictures on their iPhone/iPad and email it to us free of charge; as well as promising to refund those who purchased the photo package. We immediately took advantage of this and kindly asked the girls to take several photos as this was our first time, and we wanted to be able to have the memory saved. We went up in the air, posed for several pics, came back down and at the end of the trip, I tipped the captain & his assistants an additional $30 in cash. All was great until I returned home - after sending numerous e-mails and making numerous calls to Dennis Parasail, I HAVE STILL YET TO HEAR ABOUT MY REFUND. A representative over the phone rudely informed me it takes 7-10 business days for the refund to process, meanwhile it had already been a full 3 weeks. THANK GOD my Chase card has a great policy, allowing me to refute the photo charge. HOWEVER, ON TOP OF THAT - the photos they took of us in the air on their iPad? After NUMEROUS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS AGAIN regarding just a SIMPLE PICTURE OF US IN THE AIR - Dennis Parasail sends us 6 pictures, of which NONE OF THE PHOTOGRAPHED WAS OF US. The representative over the phone has promised me SEVERAL TIMES to reach out to the girl who took the pics, but I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. ITS NOW BEEN 2 MONTHS!! REALLY?! Who on earth is running this place? Is there anyone at all who monitors the e-mail system or follows up with any phone calls/matters for customers after already forked out their money?! BIG SHAME ON YOU GUYS, DENNIS PARASAIL.
