After a poor experience at another dealer, we recently purchased my 3rd X5 at Sterling BMW. Easy transaction! When a faulty restraint light popped up on my dash, I took it to BMW Sterling for service. The service there was unbelievable! Carlos was so helpful from arranging a loaner (2020 5 Series) to sending videos of the technician with updates on my car! Mason was one of the techs in the video - SUPER professional, concise and thorough! What a great experience! Thank you!
