I haven't been inside but the hospital looks small...

I haven't been inside but the hospital looks small and outdated. They are under construction hopefully bringing it into the 21st century. The roads around the hospital are terrible. Most of the roads in stubenville are bad. The whole town needs updating, it's in bad shape. It almost reminds me of a third world country. Very sad people have to live in this.
