I had been promised a delivery of a washing machin...

I had been promised a delivery of a washing machine on Tuesday. Nobody showed up! I called MediaMarkt and they told me it would be delivered Saturday until 14:00. Nobody showed up! I called and they told me it would arrive after 18:00. Now I'm canceling my order because this is very disrespectful!!!
