A big shout out to Edwena Potter who just handled our home sale in Stonehill Farms. Fastest process we've EVER encountered. A total of 8 weeks start to finish! From our first meeting with her in January.... to a contract in 10 days after going on market then to close 13 days later with proceeds in the bank same day.
