My experience was horrible, I was on the 5th floor...

My experience was horrible, I was on the 5th floor and my nurse oumi was rude, and not very attentive. I asked to change nurses and was informed that wasn t an option, I was also told there was no doctor on call... seriously! In a whole hospital, no doctor on call? Totally unacceptable. I will not be returning to holy cross for any future medical care, and would warn others to stay away.
