This is by far the worst Hilton hotel ever. I am shocked it bears the Hilton name. Guest Services never answers and when they do and we ask for something like shampoo or maintenance it takes hours for them to show up. My wife went to the Starbucks Coffee in the lobby and they were temporarily closed so she went to the restaurant in the hotel, Trevos and asked for some coffee even willing to pay for it and they were hesitant saying she needs to eat there. The rooms and the hotel is very run down as well. The bathtub plugs by itself when you shower and water fills up. You have to keep unplugging the bathtub while showering. Rooms are old and dingy.... I've been to many Hiltons and I am shocked at the low quality of this hotel and this is in Pasadena, California not some ghetto. I am extremely disappointed and upset. I feel like I just threw my money away. Never come here, it might be better to sleep at a motel 6.
