I had an average experience with the property managed by Great Works Properties, Inc. While the property itself was decent, there were some maintenance issues that took longer than expected to be resolved. The staff was responsive, but I felt that more could have been done to address the issues promptly. Overall, it was an okay experience, but improvements are needed.
