So many incompetence admin staff

The hospital receptionist is so incompetent that it would be funny were it not having a negative effect on people's health. She does not know what the Neurology department or the ENT department are. The terms are not familiar to her. She is rude and impatient, she is patronising to anyone having difficulty or feeling anxious.The hospital does not in any way take into account a patient's mental health or other issue such as autism (seeing how the treat an unaccompanied autistic man is just horrible). There is nobody to complain to as the PALS staff are just as bad and discuss complaints outside the proper systems and behind patient's back.
