This office is so unprofessional on so many levels...

This office is so unprofessional on so many levels. The front desk staff is rude and have no customer service skills. My son has been a patient with them for the past few years and every time he goes there it is an issue. They schedule your appointment and when you arrive there is always an issue: you wait for hours to be seen, they rescheduled without notification, or the latest, schedule an appointment for you with a dentist that doesn't take your insurance! Get out of here with all that mess. The equipment is antiquated to the max! The oofice is old and needs to be remodeled. The dentist is ancient, needs to retire and is never in the office and therefore have to be rescheduled all the time! I wouldn't recommend this office to a dog! Just close the whole place and start over with compassionate, professional individuals! Easy peasy! If I could give a zero, I would! I'm tired of people thinking they can treat you any kind of way, and nothing happens!
