I get my Prius serviced here whenever I am in the area. The staff is very courteous and clear in answering my questions and describing the work being completed on my vehicle. They always inform of other scheduled maintenance or suggested repairs that may be needed and get the work done if I agree or don't push if I say no. Most importantly, the car always comes out in good working order. It's well worth the side-trip for me rather than going to my less-than-reputable local dealer or going to a non-Toyota mechanic (you'd think hybrids were spaceships with some of the comments and slip-ups I've experienced at other places).
