Jan 15 2021: Had hernia surgery on this day, Jan 15 2021 The nurses on the Pre-Op/ Recovery floor were exemplary. They answered every one of my questions in detail as if they had nothing else to do except cater to my whims. This is my second surgery at Med C, the first one was a heart valve replacement (Dr. Michael McBride surgeon), and I would NEVER think of going anywhere else.
Oh yeah, the surgeon Dr. Steven Schierling (hernia) and the Anesthesiologist were fantastic- experienced, friendly, and to the point. More like a 5 star hotel than a hospital.
