I left the plastic room key on the restaurant table while I was choosing breakfast dishes. Upon returning to the table, I did not find my key. In the evening of February 16, the hotel staff again came to our room and promised to explain what happened before my departure and before the departure of my husband Michael Bubel, who lives in London. Your employees are only kind when a guest arrives at your hotel, when he orders a lot of things in a restaurant. But if suddenly a nuisance happens, they only promise to figure it out and brazenly drag out time before departure. It so happened with us.
