I would like to say a word about my recent experience with Coolidge Realty in the outskirts of Tampa Fl.

In a word Pleasurable To be specific, they take care of their customers.

My experience started with having my rental managed for several years by Coolidge. Trouble Free! We had the usual gambit if tenants with the typical issues. Coolidge has the staff and experience in managing that made my work load non-existent. Thats what it s all about for a landlord!

When I went to sell I needed to upgrade the house for sale, This is where Coolidge really shined! They supervised the entire process for me.

From managing, updating to the final sale of the house and closing the Coolidge Team nailed it!
