Our family of four- two adults and two teenagers- came for a pre-Christmas escape and stayed on the club lounge level. We were welcomed, upgraded, accommodated, and greeted by name. The RC club lounge is always a good experience, but Naples is special. I can t recommed enough. I d give six stars if I could.
