I visited the park on Sunday 30 August with my daughter and grandchildren after booking on line. we were surprised that we were not allocated a specific time to visit on that day. On arriving we could see the car parks were heaving and we were told that the drive round the park would take at least 2 and half hours due to the amount of cars ahead of us. we decided to do the safari first anyway as it was too early for lunch. it took over three hours, most of the time the cars were unable to move at all and what small amount of animals that were visible we were deterred from interacting with by the rangers who kept driving between us and the animals to keep them away which was making the point of encouraging you to buy food for them a pointless exercise. some enclosures did not seem to have any anything in them cheetahs being one of them. by the time we could detour out which meant missing the camels my three year old grandson was in bits as he had needed the loo for over an hour. Then after eventually finding a parking spot the real hell happened there were thousands inside the activity area no distancing whatsoever it was terrifying. a very expensive and not to be repeated day.
