Monarch just took over our property, as the last owners were horrible, I welcomed the change. Now with reading he reviews I am a little nervous that us residents are still in the same boat as before. As most of the good reviews are from employees not residents. I shall have to wait an see how things go here. I also sometime question on keeping all the staff, as yes they know the property but, sometimes can also be part of the problem. For now I will give a mid way rating until I see more of what goes on here. So far I am not impressed I have had a work order in place since the day they took over, this month. Yes the items are left overs from the last company from when I moved in many months ago. But, not seen any one or had any response on my issues as of yet.
Lets see how this plays out. I will edit my review and rating based on what happens.
