I've tried three times to get my oil changed here....

I've tried three times to get my oil changed here. they WON'T take appointments. Then they tell me it only takes an hour. Then I drive 45 minutes and they tell me it takes 2 to 3 hours for oil change. Keep in mind this is the THIRD time this has happened to me. I done with these people.
