Alex was fantastic! He called to let me know where I was in the queue and then again before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and showed me before-and-after photos to explain it all in layperson s terms. I especially appreciated the responsive and friendly service on a Saturday. Highly recommend!!
