Dont know about this place. Was referred to them for a recall with the airbag. Made a couple of calls prior to the appointment. No answer. Left multiple messages. No return calls. Finally got to speak with someone who confirmed the appointment and advised it would need to be left. Arrive at confrmed appointment time. Total chaos. Supposedly the internet was down. No one knew what was going on. Left hand does not communicte with the wrist, let alone the right hand. Fumble thru it. Leave. Get a call. It has 2 recalls and they only have parts for one. Special order with the 2nd. But the light wont be fixed with the recall issues resolved. Thatll take $155 and hours to figure out. Pick up the vehicle, still utter chaos. Hands us our paperwork. With someone elses name on it. But what are the chances of 2 2010 siver Jeep Compass in at the same time with air bag recalls? Ok. Wait for them to get the special part specifical for my vehicle. Get a card. Call back with questions. For example, does my Jeep need followup care? Or was it the other guys 2 recall If they need to fix it after running the $155 diagnostic on it what will it cost? Had talked to one quy while we were there. Got a card with a diffetent dudes numver who voice mail goes to some other guys voice mail. Left multiple messages not a single callback.
