This facility is run by great people that are very knowledgable and supportive. I was very hesitant to try something like Krav Maga at first, but Elisabeth walked me through everything and answered all of my questions patiently and clearly. Her help and the friendliness of the staff and instructors really helped me feel confident in my decision to train there. And it has been the best decision I have ever made! I cannot recommend training in Krav Maga any more highly and especially with Krav Maga Maryland in Columbia. I walked out feeling so confident in myself after just the first session! You also get a complete exercise and workout session in each class! I love attending the training!!!
