Yale and Harvard aside ..it was her overall approach to patient care that matters the most... Dr Ali Mainayar was efficient in following up and Rondi and the front desk.

However over a TWO year period the call system is challenging being on hold for an average of 25 to 40 minutes the last time being hung up on. Called 12 times over two years and that was before the merger I believe.
