At least there was a person who was already off their chair to speak with me upon my arrival. Prior times no one got off their chair to conduct business(they were not on the phone or with other guests.) I was told it would take an hour for an oil change and tire rotate. So ok, I could do that. They do not take appointments which is very hard for the consumer. After an hour and a half....I went to the place where one pays their bill. The female did not even turn around to ask why I was there. So I went over to the person who spoke with me upon my arrival and asked for my car back. It was magically done at this time. I paid my bill and left the drive in area. In looking at my bill, I saw they put regular oil in my car....I always use synthetic.....when I got home I checked my oil and it is very dark in color like it was used oil, not the color of new oil. This is not good, as it was the incorrect oil and not a clean oil. Do not use this place, just not consumer friendly.
