Completely and utterly disappointed in the staff and how they do business. The finance manager Albert and salesman Delavan promised me a deal, and I rode off the car lot ecstatic thinking I had a great deal. They even put a red bow on the car for me to take pictures with my brand new car. I ve posted those pictures on social media and have gotten everyone congratulating me on my new purchase. A couple of people I know are in the market for a car and asked me for their info. Now, humiliated and all I have to let them know my situation and tell them not to proceed because those associates have contacted me a week later after having my car, asking for $1500 to $3500 more dollars because they made a deal with me and did not disclose it was not approved with the bank. In fact, the bank had not even reviewed the deal. They made it seem as if the deal was mine and I was fine to ride off the lot. So now I either have to turn the car in or come up with $1500- $3500 more dollars. I would absolutely not recommend this place or those people to anyone. They need to learn better business practices. Had I known this, I would ve waited and saved just an extra $500 and went to Toyota where the deal was actually reviewed and approved. However, Honda told me they could work with what I had. Now I have to turn the car in and wait for a refund, be without a car for a week, and go to Toyota like I should ve done in the first place.
