Unbelievable. I contacted them for a self referral...

Unbelievable. I contacted them for a self referral for my aging mother that is in immense discomfort and pain, with five co-occurring diseases. I explained that I did not want to rely on the channels of positions at the hospital to make the referral because that process takes far longer than we can live with. I requested a self referral, and was told that they don t have any urgent options available, even for self pay. I asked if there Was any options at all that could help us get my mother some relief in an expedited manner, and was pretty much just told no sorry we can t help you.
